🔒 Are your products really reliable?

Yes, 100%! All our products comply with European standards , are rigorously tested, and validated by our customers. Our shoes, for example, comply with the EN ISO 20345 standard, a true guarantee of quality.

💼 Are safety shoes reimbursed by the employer?

Often yes! In France, the employer must provide or reimburse shoes if they are necessary for the position (art. R4323-95). At TravailZen, you receive an invoice to facilitate this process.

✅ What is the minimum certification for safety shoes?

The EN ISO 20345 standard is the basis. It guarantees a shell resistant to 200 joules and other protections (anti-perforation, anti-slip, etc.), depending on the model.

📏 How to choose the right size?

📦 What are the delivery times?

Fast delivery in 4 to 8 business days . A tracking number is sent to you upon shipment.

🔄 What if I'm wrong?

No worries! You have 30 days to return an unused product in its original packaging for exchange or refund.
